Appointments
It is customary for our practice to make appointments in advance. We prefer to schedule all appointments through our centralized scheduling office. To make an appointment please call (606) 679-2773 or (800) 600-6740. If you find the need to reschedule, please call us at your earliest opportunity so that we may offer that appointment to another patient.

Evening Clinic Hours
Evening Clinic Hours are available during the week. Call our office to find out what times are available for your convenience. Emergencies taken as available time slots permit.

Insurance
Our office accepts all major insurance plans, as well as most of the smaller carriers. As a courtesy, our office will file insurance claims on your behalf. It is important to note any copayments, deductibles, or fees for service not covered by insurances will need to paid at the time of your office visit.
